1. Scope
These Terms apply to all audio production services provided by Jenny Ulrike Francis / Tech and Tenderness, including mixing, stem mixing, premasters, editing, and related services.
By commissioning a service, the client agrees to these Terms.
2. Project Agreement
Each project scope is defined individually via written agreement (email, message, or invoice). This includes artistic direction, deliverables, and timeline.
3. Payment Terms
A 50% upfront payment (deposit) is required to confirm and start any project.
4. Delivery
Final deliverables are provided as high-quality WAV files (24-bit, 44.1 or 48 kHz unless otherwise agreed).
Delivery timelines are agreed individually per project.
5. Revisions
Each project includes up to 3 revision rounds, unless otherwise agreed.
Revisions refer to minor technical or tonal adjustments. A change in creative direction may be treated as additional work and billed separately.
6. Cancellation
If a project is cancelled before work begins, the deposit may be refunded.
Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable and covers time already invested.
If a project is cancelled after substantial progress, full payment may be required.
7. File Storage
Project sessions are archived for a limited time but are not guaranteed to be stored indefinitely.

Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the delivered audio for distribution, streaming, and commercial release.
The service provider retains the right to reference the work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Liability
No liability is assumed for third-party claims arising from submitted materials, including uncleared samples or copyright issues.
11. Final Clause
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
